Description
The WHWR and WHWQ reheaters are integral components of your heating system, designed to efficiently deliver warmth to your space. These reheaters feature a galvanized steel housing enclosing a heat exchanger composed of copper tubes and aluminum fins. This meticulous design ensures optimal heat transfer with minimal air resistance.
Housing
Crafted from galvanized sheet steel, the housing is engineered to meet air tightness class D standards according to the LUKA norm. Equipped with two rubber sealing rings, the reheater seamlessly integrates into your existing duct system, maintaining air tightness. Access to the heat exchanger is facilitated by a removable lid securely fastened to the housing.
Installation Requirements
Versatile in placement, WHWR and WHWQ reheaters can be installed in various locations. To ensure optimal performance, connect the hot water supply to the tube positioned on the air outlet side of the reheater. Detailed dimensions for both housing and water connections are provided in the accompanying table.
Air Tightness
Compliant with air tightness class D standards outlined by LUKA, these reheaters guarantee efficient containment of air within the system.
Maintenance
With its robust design and integration into your duct system, the WHWR and WHWQ reheaters require minimal maintenance. However, if access to the heat exchanger becomes necessary, the removable lid provides convenient entry for inspection or servicing needs.
